This course explores the fundamentals of employee relations. Topics explored include, the role and responsibilities of the ER Professional, conducting effective ER conversations, a framework for making ER decision and conducting courageous conversation. Throughout the course communication skills are presented and an opportunity to learn about the impact of working styles.
